Catherine & Keith’s Rustic Fall Farm Wedding
Hart’s Hill Inn | Whitesboro, NY
After their Engagement Session, I just knew that Catherine and Keith’s wedding was going to be incredible.
The two of them have a connection that goes deeper than just themselves. They are connected by their wonderful families, and close friends who helped them celebrate their marriage on Saturday.
Everyone loves to tell the story of how Keith would drive his tractor over to Catherine’s house to go on a date. As the Maid of Honor put it, “because nothing says ‘I love you’ better than spreading manure together!” Ha!
I loved that Catherine and Keith stayed close to their roots in family and tradition, and Dave and I loved hearing all the stories surrounding their time together. Even Catherine’s Dad got a ride on the notorious Entwistle tractor one snowy night many years ago. How wonderful how these two families met all those years ago, only to come together, once again, to be joined in Catherine and Keith’s union.
One of my favorite moments from their special day came during their wedding ceremony at Annunciation Catholic Church; when Father was discussing how he had baptized all the Entwistle children, and now he has the honor to perform the marriage ceremony for one of them. How wonderful to have life come full circle like that. Just beautiful.
Dave and I were so honored to capture Catherine and Keith’s portraits on their own property–right next to the corn fields, rustic barn and of course, their very own “fixer-upper” farm house. We know that someday those portraits will mean even more to those who will come after them, and to see where they came from. When Keith carried Catherine through the threshold of their home…well, it was just like a fairy tale.
Catherine and Keith, thank you so much for the real honor of allowing us to be there to document this journey in your life. We both wish you many many years of wedded bliss, and have a happy and healthy marriage!
Enjoy your wedding sneak peeks!
